Room cleanliness left much to be desired!!! Spider webs and dusty baseboards are not ideal, especially in a mobility access room. The poorly fitting bathroom door is frankly an oversight that needs addressing!!!

Wonderful stay with excellent service

I recently stayed for a week and was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and decoration of the hotel. The oversized room was perfect for my needs, and the breakfast with freshly made biscuits & gravy was a delightful start to my day. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my week-long stay enjoyable. One area for improvement would be to provide more variety in the breakfast options, but overall, I had a fantastic experience.

The television had issues, and the response was a bit slow. Only one staff member seemed available for assistance, which made things a little frustrating. I also missed having a coffee maker in my room for a cup of tea in the evening. Overall, I would say the positives far outweighed the negatives here.
